FRENCH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE COURSES AT THE IEFE IN BAYONNE

Where?

These courses are given by teachers from the Institut d'Etudes du Français pour Etrangers (IEFE) on the premises of the Centre de Ressources en Langues (EX-CLEREMO), on the Campus de la Nive in Bayonne (Sainte-Claire building, opposite the university library).

Audience

Courses open to all (you must have a diploma equivalent to the baccalauréat)

Extensive courses

Extensive half-yearly courses mornings or afternoons: from September to December and from January to May, from 4 to 6 hours per week depending on the level, from beginner to C1 depending on the groups open. Contact us to arrange a placement test (approx. 1 hour).

Please note that these courses do not entitle you to student status or to obtain a visa.

Fee

380€ for 4 hours per week

UPPA Students

If you are a student, doctoral student or UPPA staff member, Erasmus students and students on international programmes :

Pre-entry course: generally during the first week of September: contact us.
Half-yearly evening classes: from September to December and from January to May, from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m.
You can take part in these classes for 2 to 4 hours a week, depending on your level. You must contact us to come and take a test at IEFE Bayonne (ex-CLEREMO; allow about an hour).
Specific courses for certain courses: IAE, IUT, International Masters, E2S Montaury Masters: some courses are organised as part of your study programmes. These courses take place at the Campus de la Nive or on the Montaury campus in Anglet: ask your course provider for details.
