The French as Foreign Language educational establishments from nearly 40 universities have come together to form one cooperative association, ADCUEFE (Association des Directeurs de Centres universitaires enseignement du français aux étrangers). These establishments works together to improve and standardise theirs tests, programmes, examinations, etc. ADCUEFE organises a conference every 2 years to discuss topics pertaining to the teaching and learning of French as a foreign language

ESAD
École supérieure d'art et de design des Pyrénées (Pau campus) and UPPA work in partnership, and the I.E.F.E. welcomes many international students from ESAD in language classes designed for Bachelor, Master and Doctorate students.
