Preparation for the DFP B1: Diplôme de Français professionnel (Diploma in Business French), level B1 of the CCIP (Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris)

Goals

• Understand the business world to be able to interact orally and in writing with partners in France (level B1).
• Validate the ‘Diplôme de Français Professionnel’ level B1 certification from the CCI Paris-Ile de France (optional).

Participants

Anyone interested in learning French in a professional context can apply, there are no prerequisites of study or training. However, a minimum level of A2 in French is required.

Hybrid (or distance learning) course methods

•  34 hours over 10 weeks
•  Each week, 2 hours of face-to-face classes on Tuesdays  from 3pm to 5pm (or by video) + 1 to 1.5 hours of independent study on the university's Moodle platform..
•  This course can be taken independently of any other diploma.
•  NEW: an OPEN BADGE will be issued under certain conditions to prove that you have followed this course and that you have reached a B1 level in Business French. Level 1: B1. Level 2: beyond B1 expectations.

This Diploma is one of many offered by the CCIP (Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris). Internationally recognised, this course is aimed at non-native speakers of French. The diploma assures that the recipient is competent in communicating in French within a professional context, at a B1 level .

The IEFE is an officially accredited instruction and assessment centre.
